Minibus in Manchester abide by the law and have a no smoking policy within their vehicles signs are displayed.  We also opperate a no alcohol policy on all vehicles.  If this law/policy is not upheld the trip will be terminated immediately and the full amount of the booking is to be paid.   Customers must book the correct size vehicle for their requirements as excessive amounts of luggage will not be allowed if the driver deems it un safe. Minibus in Manchester will not be held responsible for the customer holding on their possession any illegal substance or goods within their vehicles. The customer making the booking is responsible for the conduct of all passengers in the event of any problems they will be the point of contact for the driver and responsible for payment. If the driver feels any behaviour is causing a risk to safety the journey will be aborted and the full amount payable.

The Price Agreed With Client.

The cost of the service is agreed by the company Minibus in Manchester and the customer at the point of booking. This can be agreed verbally or by e mail. If the customer requires changes to the agreed booking, the company will try to accommodate, however can not guarantee this is always possible.

Deposits

A deposit of £20.00 is required on all bookings, this may not be necessary at the companies discretion. The balance of the trip is due on the outward journey. If the balance is not paid then your return booking is lost. The driver will advise you to call for a return and one will be supplied if availabe.

Cancellation.

The deposit is NOT refundable under any circumstances once a booking is agreed.

CANCELATION FEES - 21 Days prior to travel 50% of the total booking amount is required

7 Days prior to travel 100% off the total booking amount is required

We will send a request for payment in the form of an invoice.  This is to be paid within 14 days by the person who booked the minibus.

The person agreeing to the booking will be charged for any damage/vandalism. This will be in the form of an invoice to be paid in 14 days. If you or a member of your party is sick in any of our vehicles, Minibus in Manchester will charge £50 to £100 for cleaning.  The customer again will be invoiced. (Unless payment is received by the driver on the day) This is to be paid within 14working days. Alcohol is not allowed under any circumstances, if customers choose to ignore this the trip will be terminated. The full amount will be payable by the person who booked the trip.

Minibus in Manchester endeavours to maintain our vehicles as often as recommended by the supplier. We make every reasonable effort to ensure that the vehicles are in the best and most reliable condition and are fit for the purpose. If breakdown does occur causing delays then we can not be held responsible for missed appointments/travel arrangements. In the event of the booked transport not being available due to mechanical failure a substitute may be provided.

Please contact Minibus in Manchester if you think property may have been left on the bus.  We will endeavour to return any items; however can not be held responsible for items left in our vehicles.

Minibus in Manchester will aim to be at the agreed pick-up point 10 minutes prior to the start of your journey. There are occasion where circumstances prevent us from this. Weather, traffic accidents, road works etc. When confirming a booking with Minibus in Manchester you agree to a 30 minute grace period.  The Driver will drive at speeds within the law  If Minibus Manchester feels it not safe for your journey to proceed, ie bad weather you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible, deposit will be refunded. Minibus in Manchester can not be held responsible for missed appointments/flight arrangements etc due to any circumstance.
