Service Van

The service van is an integral part of the minibus fleet. Our minibus fleet vehicles are regularly maintained and serviced in line with all VOSA policies and safety checks are carried out at frequent intervals.

If any repairs are necessary, we use a Ford Transit Connect van for collecting spare parts during the routine maintenance checks.

Not only is this more convenient for us, it also means our minibuses are repaired and back on the road in the minimum amount of time, which is very important for keeping our customers happy.

The rapid response service is an essential part of our ethos: we aim to do everything possible to keep our clients 100% happy at all times and the best way to achieve this is to ensure that our vehicles are ready and waiting to serve you at all times.

Swinton Travel also uses the service van for driver changeovers.

If for any reason we need to change drivers over during a minibus hire contract, instead of keeping the client waiting while a replacement driver travels to the location, we can use the service van for a seamless changeover of drivers at a predetermined time and place.

Minibus in Manchester will not be held responsible for the customer holding on their possession any illegal substance or goods within their vehicles. The customer making the booking is responsible for the conduct of all passengers in the event of any problems they will be the point of contact for the driver and responsible for payment. If the driver feels any behaviour is causing a risk to safety the journey will be aborted and the full amount payable.

The Price Agreed With Client.

The cost of the service is agreed by the company Minibus in Manchester and the customer at the point of booking. This can be agreed verbally or by e mail. If the customer requires changes to the agreed booking, the company will try to accommodate, however can not guarantee this is always possible.

Deposits

A deposit of £20.00 is required on all bookings, this may not be necessary at the companies discretion.

Cancellation.

The deposit is NOT refundable under any circumstances once a booking is agreed.

CANCELATION FEES - 21 Days prior to travel 50% of the total booking amount is required

7 Days prior to travel 100% off the total booking amount is required

We will send a request for payment in the form of an invoice.  This is to be paid within 14 days by the person who booked the minibus.

The person agreeing to the booking will be charged for any damage/vandalism. This will be in the form of an invoice to be paid in 14 days. If you or a member of your party is sick in any of our vehicles, Minibus in Manchester will charge £50 to £100 for cleaning.  The customer again will be invoiced. (Unless payment is received by the driver on the day) This is to be paid within 14working days. Alcohol is not allowed under any circumstances, if customers choose to ignore this the trip will be terminated. The full amount will be payable by the person who booked the trip.
