Luggage Trailer

The luggage trailer is worth its weight in gold and we regularly use the luggage trailer for airport drops.

It is custom built with a side opening door. With a huge 750 kg luggage capacity, the Swinton Travel luggage trailer is large enough to ensure luggage is not buried, which is perfect for multiple airport drops at different terminals, or even different airports.

For corporate clients who are likely to be travelling to and from different locations, a luggage trailer is perfect.

Instead of piling your luggage inside the minibus, our driver can load the luggage into the trailer to ensure you travel in comfort at all times. The luggage trailer is perfect for corporate airport pickups, especially if you are unsure as to how much luggage your clients will be bringing along.

The luggage trailer is also perfect for shopping trips for the ladies and if you enjoy going wild with the credit cards, we challenge you to fill our luggage trailer with all your purchases.

With a 750 kg capacity, we have yet to find clients who have filled the trailer with their shopping bags, but we believe it might happen one day!

Minibus in Manchester abide by the law and have a no smoking policy within their vehicles signs are displayed.  We also opperate a no alcohol policy on all vehicles.  If this law/policy is not upheld the trip will be terminated immediately and the full amount of the booking is to be paid.   Customers must book the correct size vehicle for their requirements as excessive amounts of luggage will not be allowed if the driver deems it un safe. Minibus in Manchester will not be held responsible for the customer holding on their possession any illegal substance or goods within their vehicles. The customer making the booking is responsible for the conduct of all passengers in the event of any problems they will be the point of contact for the driver and responsible for payment. If the driver feels any behaviour is causing a risk to safety the journey will be aborted and the full amount payable.

The Price Agreed With Client.

The cost of the service is agreed by the company Minibus in Manchester and the customer at the point of booking. This can be agreed verbally or by e mail. If the customer requires changes to the agreed booking, the company will try to accommodate, however can not guarantee this is always possible.

Deposits

A deposit of £20.00 is required on all bookings, this may not be necessary at the companies discretion.

Cancellation.

The deposit is NOT refundable under any circumstances once a booking is agreed.

CANCELATION FEES - 21 Days prior to travel 50% of the total booking amount is required

7 Days prior to travel 100% off the total booking amount is required

We will send a request for payment in the form of an invoice.  This is to be paid within 14 days by the person who booked the minibus.

The person agreeing to the booking will be charged for any damage/vandalism. This will be in the form of an invoice to be paid in 14 days. If you or a member of your party is sick in any of our vehicles, Minibus in Manchester will charge £50 to £100 for cleaning.  The customer again will be invoiced. (Unless payment is received by the driver on the day) This is to be paid within 14working days. Alcohol is not allowed under any circumstances, if customers choose to ignore this the trip will be terminated. The full amount will be payable by the person who booked the trip.
