We offer nationwide coverage to any pub, club or venue within the UK for both door to door drop off and collection. Whether you want to give it the big ‘un in Wigan or play cool in Blackpool, we at Minibus in Manchester.co.uk are sure we can handle it and make sure your travel arrangements run smoothly. No waiting at busy crowded taxi ranks in the middle of the night or paying over the top for a black cab if you book with us.
All of our minibuses have premium sound systems fitted and you are welcome to bring your own music CD’s to play en route to get you in the mood to party although one of our drivers is physically allergic to Barry Manilow songs but he is partial to Elvis. All of minibuses have full air conditioning to ensure things do not hot up too much and keep you comfortable. We are fully licensed and insured and have never failed to get anyone to their party on time but we can be fashionably late if you want.
We will always make sure your transportation needs run smoothly on the night and do not worry about grumpy drivers spoiling the atmosphere, it’s your evening and all our drivers understand that at the end of the day it is YOU and your booking that is paying their wages that evening.

All of our drivers have been around and are not easily shocked. This is not a challenge to your group to shock us but we understand that people like a good time and can often become a bit loud and annoying especially when you are the only sober person and the designated driver responsible for safely transporting a group of people to and from a wild night out.

Large parties can be easily accommodated by our substantial fleet of vehicles. A single minibus can seat upto 16 people but if your party is larger, please let us know in advance and we can always arrange for extra minibuses to cover and make sure your group arrives and departs as a group, enjoying your night out together. Our drivers regularly take revellers up and down the length of the country from London to the Highlands of Scotland.

When considering travelling as a group and with your only concern being to celebrate and enjoy yourself having a good time preferably drinking lots of alcohol no one is really going to be in a fit state to drive so it makes sense to let us do the driving and get you home safely. The perfect ending to a great night out.

Minibus in Manchester abide by the law and have a no smoking policy within their vehicles signs are displayed.  We also opperate a no alcohol policy on all vehicles.  If this law/policy is not upheld the trip will be terminated immediately and the full amount of the booking is to be paid.   Customers must book the correct size vehicle for their requirements as excessive amounts of luggage will not be allowed if the driver deems it un safe. Minibus in Manchester will not be held responsible for the customer holding on their possession any illegal substance or goods within their vehicles. The customer making the booking is responsible for the conduct of all passengers in the event of any problems they will be the point of contact for the driver and responsible for payment. If the driver feels any behaviour is causing a risk to safety the journey will be aborted and the full amount payable.

The Price Agreed With Client.

The cost of the service is agreed by the company Minibus in Manchester and the customer at the point of booking. This can be agreed verbally or by e mail. If the customer requires changes to the agreed booking, the company will try to accommodate, however can not guarantee this is always possible.

Deposits

A deposit of £20.00 is required on all bookings, this may not be necessary at the companies discretion.

Cancellation.

The deposit is NOT refundable under any circumstances once a booking is agreed.

CANCELATION FEES - 21 Days prior to travel 50% of the total booking amount is required

7 Days prior to travel 100% off the total booking amount is required

We will send a request for payment in the form of an invoice.  This is to be paid within 14 days by the person who booked the minibus.

The person agreeing to the booking will be charged for any damage/vandalism. This will be in the form of an invoice to be paid in 14 days. If you or a member of your party is sick in any of our vehicles, Minibus in Manchester will charge £50 to £100 for cleaning.  The customer again will be invoiced. (Unless payment is received by the driver on the day) This is to be paid within 14working days. Alcohol is not allowed under any circumstances, if customers choose to ignore this the trip will be terminated. The full amount will be payable by the person who booked the trip.

Please contact Minibus in Manchester if you think property may have been left on the bus.  We will endeavour to return any items; however can not be held responsible for items left in our vehicles.
