Alton Towers

It may not be the first place you think of as a venue for a corporate event but Alton Towers has a
comprehensive collection of corporate venues and events in its portfolio.

It often hosts award ceremonies, dinners and corporate family events annually and is an award
winning venue and often the first choice of many companies especially in the Midlands.

The Alton Towers resort in Staffordshire is able to cater to almost any size event and is an almost
unrivalled venue for the variety of venues it has to offer from conference halls, reception rooms and
even a concert arena. It can cater to events both big and small, from small meetings to larger events
for as many as a thousand people at a time in its numerous venues.

There are a wide range of venues available

The Emperor’s Suite & Dragon Bar is a unique theatre style venue and can be divided into three
separate, self- contained rooms if required and easily accommodates two hundred people. It also
has the advantage of the Dragon Bar which can be opened upon request to provide refreshments for
delegates and guests attending or even be used as a reception area.

The Corporate Hospitality Suite of Alton Towers is located directly in the heart of the theme park
and is large enough to hold up to nine hundred people. It is a versatile venue but is recommended
for use primarily as a venue for informal events such as large receptions and general meetings but
can also host large dinner events for up to eight hundred guests.

There are three dedicated Conference centres at Alton Towers. These are the Towers Suite,
Midlands conference centre and Alton Towers Conference Centre which allows large corporate
events to make full use of the hotel complex at Alton Towers on an exclusive basis subject to prior
arrangement. Domino’s Pizza held a two day event at the Theme Park in 2007 for one thousand
guests. The event comprised of meetings, conferences and an award ceremony which were all
hosted at the various venues within the Alton Towers theme park and highlighted the versatility it
has as a venue for corporate events.

Corporate fun days

Corporate fun days are also a speciality of Alton Towers and allow make full use of all the
rollercoasters, rides and other attractions that bring so many visitors to the theme park each year.
Rides can be hired on an exclusive basis if required and quite literally do give a different twist to any
corporate event as delegates are subjected to the thrills of being on a rollercoaster.

The customer making the booking is responsible for the conduct of all passengers in the event of any problems they will be the point of contact for the driver. If the driver feels any behaviour is causing a risk to safety the journey will be aborted and the full amount payable.

The Price Agreed With Client.

The cost of the service is agreed by the company Minibus in Manchester and the customer at the point of booking. This can be agreed verbally or by e mail. If the customer requires changes to the agreed booking, the company will try to accommodate, however can not guarantee this is always possible.

Deposits

A deposit of £20.00 is required on all bookings, this may not be necessary at the companies discretion.

Cancellation.

The deposit is NOT refundable under any circumstances once a booking is agreed.

CANCELATION FEES - 21 Days prior to travel 50% of the total booking amount is required

7 Days prior to travel 100% off the total booking amount is required

We will send a request for payment in the form of an invoice.  This is to be paid within 14 days by the person who booked the minibus.

The person agreeing to the booking will be charged for any damage/vandalism. This will be in the form of an invoice to be paid in 14 days. If you or a member of your party is sick in any of our vehicles, Minibus in Manchester will charge £50 to £100 for cleaning.  The customer again will be invoiced. (Unless payment is received by the driver on the day) This is to be paid within 14working days. Alcohol is not allowed under any circumstances, if customers choose to ignore this the trip will be terminated. The full amount will be payable by the person who booked the trip.
